Steamboat At Soul Garden
The fourth day of Chinese New Year, I went to Gurney with friends. A big gang of them. I last minutes decided to follow Ruo Yun, Kah Yin and San Pin by going with Rapid. When we reached there, almost everyone gathered at redbox.

Chon Chye got the room number and everyone went in. Some of us were going for movie, so we stay in redbox to sing for a while only.

We went off to movie after all were there and we got up to the cinema. We watched 72 Tenants of Prosperity while others remains in redbox for singing. It was a funny movie.
After the movie ended and time’s up for redbox, we met and headed to Seoul Garden for meals. We stood there quite some time just to settle the money but at last Jin Way and I paid for them first then they only return us the money.
So, steamboat started. The first reaction from Jin Way was ‘The soup spicy one ar?’ Then everyone started to shoo him away to Yuen Soon’s table. Haha.

After we ended steamboat, we went up to play games since it is still early. Lots of funny things occurred until we laughed nonstop.
I regretted that I didn’t ride motor there because I have to wait for transport and it was traffic jam out there. All of them went back by 7 something and left me waiting time to pass until 9 something with the accompany of Meng Siew.
Well, a great day I have with all of you. It had been long time since I joined you all fooling together after we were in different classes.

Steamboat At Tse Min's House
It was the third day of Chinese New Year. Tse Min invited me to her house for steamboat in the afternoon. I didn’t type wrong, it started from afternoon. I think this was my first time having steamboat in the afternoon with the hot weather and high temperature around.
Her house was like located at jungle. It was really hard to reach her house. If I was ask to go her house the second time, I bet I will lost half way. Haha. I reached there and only Sandy was there. The whole family of Tse Min busy preparing the ingredients. And soon, Jian Fung, Kah Yin, San Pin and Yee Wern reached by De Jun’s car.
Since everything was not ready yet. We sat together, chatting and started to play poker card. We were joking around and sang Chinese New Year songs. After received red packet from Tse Min’s mum, we started our steamboat.
Steamboat started and everyone was sweating due to the hotness. But we still enjoy it a lot. Everyone at least ate 2 or 3 rounds. Haha. What a big appetite!

Later, Tse Min’s mum brought you a plate out and gave De Jun. Guess what? It’s lou san. It was something alike to wish for good prosperous while using chopsticks to mix all ingredients. According to the traditional, the higher you lift them up, the better year it will be. Believe it or not? It is up to you. =)

After we finish the steamboat, we have nothing to do. The elders gave us a bunch of banana. So we decided to finish all. They started to have banana eating competition.

At last they clear off the table and started on poker card. The rule states that the lose one eat one banana. Almost everyone also got the ‘chance’ and we finished all the bananas. The next thing to eat is fish ball. They get a bowl of fish ball put on the table. Again, the lose one have to eat one fish ball. Well, I got this too.
My dad wasn’t free to fetch me up later. So I have to leave there earlier to back home and prepare for tuition later on. It is great to spend time together and pass one day of the Chinese New Year holiday in laughter with all of you there.
